If your wallet stopped minting and you have more than 10 SCS balance, you can do the following thing to reengage minting process: send part (half is an optimal value) of your amount to another of your addresses. You can create address in Receive Coins page of Destkop Wallet. Standard commission will be charged (~0.01 SCS). After sending amount your wallet will continue minting within 4 hours interval.

This is not a completely bug, but Proof of Stake Velocity trait. Probably we can make this procedure automatic in next release.
