Hello!
Our casino is suffering a temporarily negative house edge so I am looking to give out an exclusive deal to early investors/loaners.

You are right to a certain degree, transparency is key when conducting business (especially with Bitcoins) however I feel as this is a low risk deal as I am a pretty respectable individual, not exactly running the video feeds from my basement.

What I need more from the community at the current stage is publicity and suggestions. Our marketing agent is helping us with that and I am always very grateful for even the most strict critics.

Uh, what makes you reputable?  I haven't seen you around here too much.  No offense, but all you have is a (failing) casino site.

You speak in facts without specifying that it's really just your personal opinion. If you don't want to lend/invest if you don't trust me then don't, nobody is putting you in a shoulder lock.

A properly researched individual would think otherwise. It's a natural filter of sorts for me, weeds out all the teenagers, so I'm pretty happy in the current situation.

I don't understand how you could be suffering from a "temporarily negative house edge". Roulette always has a positive expectation for the house...the edge is always in favor of the house. Are you experiencing negative variance? How much do you need and what are your terms? I agree with the previous poster that if you are soliciting for investments you should do it in the open. Are you willing to open your books to potential investors?

Well I've got nothing to hide as is, some more sensitive information will be given out to investors/lenders. Roulette does always have a positive expectation for the house in the long run, problem is in the short run you can actually lose money to players (e.g. someone hitting a Straight Up or hitting a lucky streak with large sums). You'd be surprised to find out how frightening it is to most casino operators, I personally know one who had a player deposit 50 euro and win 80k, lost about 70k before he could withdraw but still came out at a pretty steep profit, I can just imagine the operator sitting next to that monitor and refreshing that window every second while sweating non-stop  Tongue.

This explanation is plausibible. But you should still post at least some details, like about how much Bitcoins are you talking?

No, it's NOT my personal opinion.  You have 119 posts, and an account that "magically" came back after disappearing for months.  You have a casino that's been registered for a month with no other "reputation" as far as I can see.  Please prove me wrong if you are inclined to do so.

TL;DR: Account comes back from Nov 2012, makes 100 posts so he has a post count, and registers a website to look legit.  Now, since he has "unexpected circumstances." he asks for a loan.
AKA: Recipe for scam.

Our casino is one of the oldest Bitcoin casinos that exist. What if I told you that I have another personal account on this website registered on 2011 and I am an early adopter and a vet? What I'm thinking is that you're one of the "competing" pioneers trying to taint our reputation again, just the fact that I have live feeds on the website is proof that I have valid contracts and connections around the world, no one in the bitcoin community was able to pull this off so far and mostly likely no one else ever will.

If you think this is a scam then take no part in it, simple as that.

The domain was registered by us before S.Dice, before SealsWithClubs and before any teenagers starting casinos from their parents basement.

I would be reluctant to invest in a casino where the operator confuses house edge with variance.

Loan to increase working capital and reduce risk of ruin = makes sense.
Loan because you are suffering from negative house edge = makes no sense.

Now for Joe Public to confuse those concepts it understandable but for someone running a gaming business to make that kind of mistakes it is somewhat scary.

I would say WHY aren't you using that account instead?  Why the throw away anonymous account?

I would say WHY aren't you using that account instead?  Why the throw away anonymous account?

1. Because I am representing a company under this account.
2. It is not "throw away", it is very valuable to us.
3. I do not want to link my previous identity along with the opinions I have voiced in the forums to the business, I am a bit on the anarchistic side.

I do however remember you, Peter licking his nipple.

I am not running the thing, I am an administrator  Tongue.

Normally the house edge or the house advantage is is 2.7% for european/french roulette, at the moment the house advantage is negative, meaning there is no visible house advantage at all, but on the contrary, a player advantage is visible. It will, however, become closer and closer to 2.7% as months go by, maybe I have not used the proper terms (according to the mainstream industry) to explain the situation as clearly as possible.

No the house edge/advantage never changes (unless the rules change).  That is why it is called the "edge".  Might be a good idea to research your own industry?

Once again it is a red flag when you are unsure of the mathematics of your own industry.

I am pretty sure of the mathematics of my own industry as you call it, that what puts me ahead of the pioneers, I might grab the wrong term here and there since English is my third language, don't really like to mention it since people automatically assume I am here to steal. Anyway I have given more than enough proof that the deal is legit, I'm currently discussing a deal, we'll see if it will be fruitful.

If you're SO reputable on the other account, what is the account?  Saying that your a "vet" means absolutely nothing if you can't prove it.

I will prove it to serious people that want to do business.
