Shouldn't we get an email if someone adds a rating? I would think it would be this box I had checked "Receive forum announcements and important notifications by email.".

“Bad men need nothing more to compass their ends, than that good men should look on and do nothing.”
The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

You are talking about trust ratings? I definitely don't see how this feature could make the users life easier, It's more convenient to receive notifications for important stuff and not ratings as you could check that anytime in your profile and It's not something that happens often, because you mostly receive them while doing transactions with people only.

It's important to know if someone neg reps you. some scammer neg repped a ton of people and I didn't even notice it for months. If they aren't in your circle you won't even see a change. I don't goto my trust that often as I'm sure most people don't. See what I mean now?

I still see no issue because as you mentioned, the trust won't become red because the guy isn't from DefaultTrust, while doing transactions with other people, they don't pay attention to those ratings unless they are from neutral or green members. If he is a scammer then Its likely that someone opened a scam accusation against him and he got negative red trust in his profile, moderators can't change anything even If that user start giving multiple neg rep to different people.

Well if you don't get it then you just don't get it but It is something I would like to have none the less.
