Initial launch
Our goal is to have both the command line (simple wallet) and GUI wallets release by Monday, 10 July, we plan to release binaries for all 3 operating systems. This will have the linear interest rate formula still from XDN, until Deposits 2.0 However we did add sorting to the table (something missing from XDN) which defaults to the soonest to unlock at the top of the list on down. With Royalties having a year interest rate of 15% and a min. deposit term of ~1 month (22,000 blocks) the rates will look like this.

Deposits 2.0
This is where we will put the ICO funds to good use and things get exciting for deposits. Three main things will be added/changed in Deposits 2.0, we will be adding compounded interest, sending address and 2 week payouts. So first interest will be compounded 2 times per month (except for a 1 month term) and we will also be extending the max term past 1 year, it will then be 5yr max. Second we will be adding a "send field" to the deposits tab, this will allow users to send others a term deposit. The final addition in Deposits 2.0 will be 2 week payouts, what this means is that your interest will be paid to you in evenly 2 week payout intervals. The principle, however remains locked until the last 2 week payout. So take 2 months with a 1,000 XRY deposit, lets say you earn 10 XRY interest. How that works is you will get 4 payouts, 2 weeks apart, the first 3 will be 2.5 XRY and the last will be 1002.5 XRY. This will all be handled on the blockchain in your own wallet.
Here is the purposed interest rates for Deposits 2.0 (mind you this is compounded interest 2 times per month)

1 to 5 months             6% APR
6 to 11 months            9% APR
1 to 4 years               12% APR
5 years                      15% APR

GUI wallet 0.2.0
Plans for this are still very preliminary, we just know the current look of the XDN GUI wallet needs a big style upgrade.

Cloud wallet
This will be just as you would think, its a web/app interface that allow you access to a Royalties wallet. You will be able to make a deposit with the Cloud Wallet, however the private key will be held by your account on the Cloud Wallet. This will allow for you to sell a term deposit before its term has ended as well as recover your account (in a secure way of course) if you should ever happen to lose your passphrase. You will also have the option to remove your deposits off the Cloud Wallet and assume 100% ownership and accountability, this will be done by handing the private key over to you.

Just wanted to give a quick update.. We have decided to test the final builds to the full extent we have tested all our test builds.. before we make the repos public and link the download files.. I'm also working on guides for solo mining, hosting the block explorer ( the foundation will have a main one.. however we thought it would be nice to let anyone host one that wanted) and build guides. We will launch in the next day or 2.. doing these real world test requires mining quite a few blocks.. so once its complete we will launch.. while guides are nice to have they will not delay the launch..

Just a few updates.. we are still working on the Mac wallet.. I apologize to any ICO backs who has had to find a way to a windows or Linux machine.. we are working on it and will have it out asap.. Just so every one that is new to deposits are aware.. the deposit is linked to the addresses private key.. this means if you are using a windows PC and want to use a Mac later or if you want to do a cold storage deposit pls save your private key.. i will have a guide soon on private keys.. also an addition to the XDN wallet that didn't make it to launch is adding "months" as a unit for making deposits.. so you will have to look at the chart below if your math is bad.. 22,000 blocks in 1 month.. pls note that this is a estimate.. meaning 22,000 blocks could take 1 month and 2hrs.. or 29days and 14hrs.. also it may be in your best interest to make a lot of small deposits a few block apart.. then withdraw them separate when the time comes and then send them back to yourself a few times with high mixin..

OK looks to be only 1 day left in the multiplier.. I'm getting different answers from the staff at Cryptopia.. it looks like they are swamped and it could be a day or 2 before we are listed.. I'm trying my best to get us listed before the multiplier ends.. pls remember if you trade outside an exchange use a well known escrow.. while on the subject of interest rates changing over.. it's important to understand that Royalties can not guarantee higher interest rates forever.. we are working towards a stable and sustainable crypto.. Deposits 2.0 will be looking at many factors before the final interest rates are published.. below is another example of purposed rates with a look at how payouts would work.. So once again these rates are not final.. and higher interest rates should be taken advantage of while they are still here.. to recap Deposits 2.0 will be paying interest every 2 weeks evenly.. but keeping principle (amount locked) locked for the full term...



because the calendar is horrible when it comes to doing math.. we have come up with a way to evenly spread out the payments the best possible way..  you will get a payout every 10,155 blocks from the block the deposit was made.. Note every 2 weeks is 26 payouts in a year..  so at 6 months we will add an extra payout... So 6 months will have 13 payouts rather then 12... 7 months will have 15 rather then 14 and so on... then we will add the another extra payout to the year (12 month) payouts so that will be 26 rather then 25.. and then at 18 months there will be another payout added and so on... below is a table showing how many payouts per term length..
