Just because some coin is being heavily pumped, you can't call it scam.
Lot of good coins are being dump and shitcoin pumped.
As a matter of fact this pump and dump has nothing to do with reliability and genuineness of a coin.
There are groups of traders who pump and dump coins to their own advantage.

lol  Pump coin she said SCAM, if you just learn trading ?  Do not call the coin at high pump you say SCAM, SCEM,SCOM the coin at the pump by a community called FairPump they always do pump coins every Friday at bittrex, so don't call the coin at the pump scam |
