It looks like they've made a script which acts as an exchange, so will process all your orders and will take money for you and supply customers with BTC/FIAT but you'd have to market the site and keep on top of issues such as money not arriving etc

I think it's probably quite a good idea, there's a lot of hype to take the 'power' from mtgox and distribute it to other privately owned exchanges, it's quite expensive at $200 a month but a well made exchange could take in way over that a day

You mean $800 a month. 

At the $200 a month level you won't interact with users and bids/asks from other exchanges.  You will be all alone with very little volume.
