Source has some missing files, but easy to compile after adding. Took 10 minutes to prepare the pool.
I suggest you to recompile and use
addnode=coinminers.net at first start. It will quarantee the chain sync.

18% is years worth if mining and the mining reward only drops after years.as if it will last thst long with thst massive premine.
