It makes it looks like you have something to hide because you don't want have the possibility of being sued for doing something illegal or maybe including not payout players who actually win.

that is true and even if gambling is legal in one country, i think its good for the owner to obey the law and register the website so if something happen, we have a law that can help us to avoid bad thing that may happen. i am agree that if gambling site have license like you said because it could help us when the government wants to check validity of our sites so we can safe to continue our business. as long as you run your sites safe then you don't need to be worried for anything bad thing.

But i think you can try using .io domain even if you are registered your gambling platform in costa rica, many site are using .io this days for bitcoin niche sites including bitcoin casinos.

About the site, are you able to edit the script? I think you need to have some changes in the sign up form. If a user incorrectly typed some data like "The password doesn't match with the repeating field.", the page will reload and the user will input all the data again. Better if other info stays and only the box with the wrong data will be cleared.

Also your banner in the main post has a wrong spelling, Faucsts instead of Faucets
