Yeah, it does. I sent a NZXT h440 that was apparently black from a tournament I won. It's whatever it's still a legitimate account.

It's a stealth account

no paypal account

and yes 21 day hold like most others. but it has a $8,400 selling limit. and 2 recent negative feedbacks that will be removed.
