After much discussion with the escrow team, we have decided on having a single BTC address which will be held by the escrow team in a multi signature wallet. Also, this address will be posted here on bitcointalk.org because both the escrows are well known and reputed here and the whole reasoning behind using escrow goes away if investors have to send funds to an address on a different website. Also, anybody will be able to join the ICO in the easiest way. The complete instructions will be posted shortly.

thats a good way...i think its better to verify the escrow address here itself and keep that one address which is easily auditable and transparent, will wait for complete details

Yes we will have a website for the coin, but it will not be used for the ICO. It will only have information about the coin, exchanges, wallets, etc.

The ICO will be handled via a simple 3 question form (link will be posted later) investors will need to fill. We and the escrow team felt this will be better and easier for everyone.

Hey, thanks for taking interest. We do not have a white paper uploaded right now but I can assure you that this is a serious project and we understand security is important. Let me give you some details on how the app works. Only the first person uploading the password fro a particular network receives the WiC payment and since every network has a unique identifier, we make sure there are no duplicate uploads and the network is unique. Also, if someone wants to connect to a wifi, he/she pays ONLY if the connection is successful and the password is correct. Wrong/changed passwords don't get paid.

We also have a 3 member escrow team for the ICO, you can find all the details in the OP.

Hey, the amount of WiC you receive depends on the total investment. As mentioned in the OP, the price per WiC will be decided by the market forces. There is no fixed price and it will be decided by the formula: Total Investment / Number of ICO coins (25,000,000)

So if there is less total investment you get more WiC. Since we have a max cap of 750 BTC, the MINIMUM WiC you will get for 1 BTC is 33,333.33 WiC. We also have some bonuses for early investors and if you invest on the first day you get 30% more.


1) Day 1 (6 pm EST) – April 22, 2017 – 30% Bonus
2) April 23 (6:01 pm EST) – April 30, 2017 – 25% Bonus
3) May 1 (6:01 pm EST) – May 8, 2017 – 15% Bonus

Hey, let me try and explain the instructions:

1) On April 22, 2017 at 6PM EST, the escrow team will post a BTC address which is held by them in a multi signature wallet.

2) Anybody who wants to invest will need to send BTC to that address.

3) After sending the BTC, he/she will need to fill the form here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1eGp9d49UwoID9N-S-VmzTpobrZbH-p4Xza-xAd13Skk

4) After the ICO ends and WiC launches, investors will need to email us their WiC address and claim the ICO coins.


In this way we have made the entire process as simple as possible and have eliminated the need to register or make accounts to invest. I will try and make a video about the process for convenience of new investors.
