Hello, currently, i'm using E-coin debit card to withdraw my btc from an atm. But after their changes into Wirex, it's tough to login to their website now and my phone are even not compatible with their app so it's a real bummer. Because of this unneeded hassle, i hope to find another company having a debit card send to worldwide and possible having a vcc too. Thanks.

I am using cryptopay.me physical card you can try them if they support your country. Their site is also user friendly and you can unload your card also.

Check coinizy. I have a verified account so i directly withdraw to my card or you can deposit upto 2500$ without any limitations. I'm sure for google cloud but i have used it for playstore and it did worl perfectly

How about unichange.me? They are available with vcc that works in almost all kind of payment. And of course plastic card that allows you to withdraw in all ATM around the world with Visa's logo.

You can use uquid vcc which is also quite cheaper and i am using this VCC to run ads on FB. I have already spent few hundred dollar on those ad using uquid VCC without any problem.

But as the OP mentioned it would need to work in his country of residency.
And as far as I know circle is only available to limited amount of countries and even some states in the US are not allow to use their service.

I think payeer could be the card which would fit your needs but once again you would need to check if they are supported in your current place of residency.
