so if you want trade ESXCUDO you wait ico selling end and distirbution coin finish, after clear can added to exchanger

Actually i think i have also seen ad about this esxcudo on this forum today at top ad position. Not quite sure about that but i think name on that banner ad was esxcudo.

EDIT: Confirmed yes i have seen their ads few more times on forum today. Can't find their ANN thread.

Because ESXCUDO is cryptocurrency which is focused on local market rather that global.
I don't think they even have Announcement thread in English.

It is too early to speculate about future exchanges this altcoin will be traded.

If it is not yet on an exchange u can't tell which exchange  will agree terms with them. It is a long process that makes up a road map of a project.
