what if the location of the user who buy account changes? will he be banned? what if PayPal ask the user to verify the mobile number given , what if you try to reset the account as you have mobile number..etc.
please care to explain the above security issues :/
Changing location is not an issue on this account at all and has never been an issue for me. I constantly am hoping between VPNs in the US, to the UK, to sometimes in places like Thailand. The only verification I have ever had to do is phone verification and that's only when you are connecting from a new IP. The PayPal account will come with the email and phone # (textnow) so you won't have an issue doing phone verification. This doesn't mean that you won't be able to change the email/phone# on the account. At any time you can change that information, but it is safer to just keep it how it is. Now to be safe I wouldn't send any payments over $200 at a time but I have been able to send multiple $100 payments and never had any issues.
