While I've found many places to mine LTC, I haven't found a good wallet to store them. Any suggestions?

Why not the wallet that comes with the LTC client?

When will you be adding Litecoin (LTC) to Mt. Gox?
Soon. We were planning on doing so two weeks ago, but events derailed that plan. Right
now we are focused on overall stability of the exchange, and will launch LTC when we are
ready. Otherwise we could be further complicating things.

As far as I'm aware, there's yet to be a merchant that accepts them as payment.

it may be secondary to bitcoin, but miles away from real... the news on GOX is still vague and no dates given... the rise is just a pump and dump by trolls.  leveling back out.  Long term it may be great but it wont be going anywhere fast, as NOBODY uses it except to each other.  10% max holdings for myself

I think its the old beta versus VHS, or bluray versus HDDVD. One will come out on top, and my bet is with bitcoin. Its not always the best that wins, its the one that gets the support and media attention, and bitcoin is way in front. Doesn't mean that something better won't come along in the future, just like dvd's replaced video cassettes, but I would stick to bitcoin.

From 0.022 BTC tot 0.024 BTC.

Some 'sky rocketing'..... especially compared to the mathematical parity price of 0.25 BTC (21 mln BTC vs 84 mln LTC). Clearly, LTC's time is still to come.

I think I'll just stick with BTC until I see a use for LTC.

It was, I wouldnt call 75 cents in less than 10 minutes slow growth, it now is hovering around 3.60, which is still over 60 cents more than it was earlier today. Watching it rapidly move up is different than checking it periodicly throughout the day.

LTC was specifically designed to be the silver to bitcoins gold ..

Not that this means anything to relationship of BTC/LTC prices but:

1 Ounce of gold (As of now) ~ $1,442
1 Ounce of silver (As of now) ~ $23.24

They said in today's press release that it should have been implemented 'two weeks ago', but they did not give an updated estimate on implementing LTC.

From what I understand there's a Silk Road alternative called Atlantis that uses LTC instead of BTC.  I don't visit those sites though so I'm not sure how active/large it really is.

Once litecoin hits mtgox the payment processors who use mtgox's API for up to the minute data and automatic trading will be able to integrate their services easily.
