The first RX 5xx sales start on April 18. Who will be the first who made new rom?

For mem straps, we can probably do the same as now - Copy straps from 2 timings lower. 1625 > 1750 & 2000 for 8GB cards. 1500 > 1625 & 1750 for 4GB cards.
Voltage and clocks will be a matter of trial & error & preference.

remember the timing straps depend on your memory type eg samsung/elpida.

Yes, unless you bypass the signature check as has been outlined many times on the forum.

samsung use the 1750 straps and you will be good.

There's a branch of PBE that works for the new cards just fine, stop trying to rip people off lol.

How is it ripping people off?

I am sure those editing bios's are doing more than just copying a strap like you will be.
