I hope the hiring for the moderator will be fair and I hope they can get their earning fairly it is better if you will post the amount that you are ready to pay for the high trusted members will be attracted to be the moderator of your site. And I think the higher the rate the higher the trust of the moderator you can get.
It is clearly stated on the main post that it will not be a paid position, afaik it is a common thing in this bitcoin gambling industry. Most sites does not give any payments for their chat moderators, usually they only give some benefits on the site such as bigger faucet. At most dice sites mods doesn't get paid weekly but sometimes they get a nice tip for their work. The tip depends on what site they are on and also if the site owner is generous to give on his mods, But maybe kingdice devs would make a better compensation since im pretty sure that devs work is not so easy since they are the one who gonna work for his site to make the worse became better on behalf of his game. If people who are longing for money or salary on the time they spent with the site then this job wouldnt really caught their interest since this is just a free job but having 50k satoshi on faucets might be a good benefit which have been mentioned that can be acquired by vip 3. Honestly speaking im a chat mod of a certain gambling site it may not give the best payout or compensation but i do love my job For OP better to choose up members/players of your site who does already have knowledge on the site you own. Selecting those knowledgable guys is a big + but i don't think those guys where accepting some 50k sats on faucet to play on their site since i can truly say that people who is great for that wants to get payed for fiat or via bitcoins. But well if OP can't pay his mod for now maybe the best thing he can do is to add some random people first since he cannot get best if he says something like that. People's works intend to pay since theres no free in this world right now.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in
Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it
will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

its always nice to see that a company is looking for employees, i know there are plenty of peeps that would do this for a non pay situation , and just for the perks but... i would hope that the selection of the position would keep in mind that you do get what you pay for in the end
Even if a number of people would be willing to do this for free, it is sure to get to their nerves in no time, because without something to keep people motivated in a job, it doesn't fail to become boring and inefficiency follows. If you want to have something done, there is always a price tag and if you settle to pay peanuts, you will get monkeys!

As he mentioned if the site would progress and profitable then compensation or he might give already some payouts to his mods but as of now he was just starting then having a free spot or job wont be bad and its alright that he did mention that this job wont be paid at all the efforts have been made its ones decision if he would like to accept the task or not.If the site would progress and profitable then his patience does really worth later on.

It made me laugh to read this one and actually i can say that he doesn't have any idea on what he is dealing here so how can he moderates this site if he can't able to read on what is stated above. But anyways maybe he's new in this scene and lets give him a time to read and try to sink on his mind on what type of job description and OP offers to his mods.

Btw, this thread haven updated yet or op still doesnt give any updates if there are applicants have been selected or chosen so that thread wouldnt come to waste.

Hi, I really would like to be a moderator of King Dice. I met Knight before and I remember that he tipped me to test the game and I loved it. I have experience and enjoy helping users and also I'm currently a moderator on another site.
I'm always online from 22:00 UTC to 6:00 UTC sometimes more but never less. I can speak Spanish. I understand that now is a non-payment position but I want more experience handling gambling sites and customers, and also if in the future I can be rewarded this is way better.

Akro’s/ Lilmon’sresume for the Moderator position Akro aka Lilmon lilmon123321@hotmail.comㅡ Skills: I am a quick learner, I can work in a fast-paced environment. I can multitask and learn to deal with new issues / problems that occur along the way. I am very patient and calm, I like to stay rejuvenated. I am a great communicator and fair towards everyone without being biased. I am fluent in three languages, Hebrew, Russian, and English. Experience: I do not have a lot of experience in this field although I have some. I was a moderator of a counter strike server a few years back and was in charge of making sure no one was hacking, people were playing nicely and just regulate the forum and game regularly. I was also a moderator on an MU forum and game. I was chatting in the game on the global chat with over 200 users online and I was making daily announcements. I was in charge of time logs on the forums and other jobs such as creating fun events, and making a fun environment for all. I’m sure being a Kingdice moderator is different but I can learn to adjust and cope with new things.

In the future, how will you be compensating moderators? How much would you pay?
Can you explain me, why do you think that moderators should be payed anything? Many gambling sites have moderators that do not get any reward from the website, the only reward is their ability to make the chat clear, and mute the scammers and spammers. 50,000 faucet is a very good reward in my opinon, you can make up more without a big problem, it is just a matter of time. You can just do all in only 4 times, and you already have 0.008, dont you think that is fairly easy? Not everybody want to moderate chat for a reward, some of the people are willing to do this for free, and this is the reality sir.

Some people here make it likes a day job. Lol.

- Bigger faucet of 50.000 satoshis, currently only available to 3rd level VIP users.
I have one question about this - 50K satoshi is once per day claim or lots of smaller faucets with daily max claim limit of 50K sat?

This is still open. Also: Moderators on other sites, please be loyal and stay there. If you're interested in me becoming a moderator, let me know. I have been a moderator on Bitsler like 6 months ago but decided to give up my position on that site because of work and was unable to maintain an active presence in the chat. Either way, let me know via PM. I'm a native english speaker and can type fast. However my timezone isn't Europe. It's in fact 10 hours ahead of UTC So basically, I wake up when you guys go to sleep.
