Haha. First time I see this happening.
There is a loooot of more interesting auctions violating the meaning of the word "increment" out there, you should focus on these first. (EDIT : like a yummy kialara 1BTC gold for a 0.2BTC increment  )

What I meant is that the bid amount must be evenly divisible by 0.02, not necessarily to have all bids enumerated in 0.02 increments from 0 to whatever winning bid.
(As for the 0.25 invalid bid, 0.25/0.02 = 12.5 ; 0.24 or 0.26 would have been considered a valid bid there)
