Hello I am new to mining and I have run into some issues with overclocking. I have 2x 4GB radeon rx480 red dragon gpu's with the latest drivers for them and my motherboard. I have downloaded and installed MSI afterburner but my GPU clock and memory clock both show 0 mhz. I have changed the settings in the MSI config file to allow for overclocking and nothing has changed:

UnofficialOverclockingEULA   = I confirm that I am aware of unofficial overclocking limitations and fully understand that MSI will not provide me any support on it
UnofficialOverclockingMode   = 1

when I go into the settings for MSI in the general tab and try to tick off extend official overclocking limits nothing changes. as well

I am currently mining on claymore's latest version with the following commands:

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool us1.ethpool.org:3333 -ewal xxx -epsw x -gmap 10

I have also uninstalled the drivers for my GPU and tried the recommended one in the readme file and still nothing works. If I mine now I only 24mhz per GPU and I am incapable of changing any of the settings in MSI. I also tried all of the examples in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KLB8TyCuK4w but none of them worked.
