Looking to sell BTC to Paypal $20 to $40 Transactions

I am hoping for someone with level full member or above BTCTalk status.   I have a lot of proof of my validity, including 100% positive eBay record on same account going back to 1998.

How would you be providing these proofs of validity in the first place?
Name of account with a driver's license or a utility bill with yourself in the photo?
Because as we all know photoshop can be used to manipulate everything these days.
It would be good to clarify how you would be proving who you are and if the same person is the one who you would be using the account in this trade off for bitcoin.

I have never done this before.  I don't want my drivers license floating around.  I can email someone from my ebay account if you contact me here, I'll send you the ID.  That should at least be proof I've been doing business since 1998 under the same account.
