If you didn't forget your password then why do you need the recovery phase ? You can just get it again from inside (I guess?).

If blockchain.info isn't helpful for you try switching to another wallet. Maybe try an offline one.

I've tried to log in with the correct password and approve via email and succeed.
but I still can not access my wallet.

What do you mean by that? You can login but you cant access your wallet? So there's no error while you logging in to your account?

Are you talking about a different wallet? I can not remember blockchain.info requiring a 12 words phrase to get access on your wallet. You only need the login ID which is in your email. Which wallet did you get that 12 words recovery? You can try other wallet like electrum for desktop if you want  a light wallet that is much secure than the current web wallet that you are using.

Are you talking about a different wallet? I can not remember blockchain.info requiring a 12 words phrase to get access on your wallet. You only need the login ID which is in your email. i have got that experience before that is because my ip address changed when i click that link so they are detect that i am on different location when click confirmation email. maybe you can check your ip changed or not before click that link.

Which browser are you using at the moment? Have you tried accessing your wallet using a different address? Also try using the same IP you previously used. You can try clearing your cache to clean your browser and try to login again if it will redirect in your dashboard. If nothing work you should contact blockchains support directly to ask what the problem is.

but the result remains the same as before.

Provably that's your best option. The support team of blockchain will help you more than the people in here because they are the one who has access in blockchain accounts. Send them a ticket and keep us updated if you managed to acces your wallet normally again. Goodluck.

I didn't quite get it, how do you login ok but not have access to your wallet? But anyways, hope you log in successfully!
