I think this is a nice idea to rival Casscius (not sure on spelling) but really people are after physical coins /w a private key rather than just a lump of metal with Bitcoin written on, just a thought but you could certainly make some money by rivalling the 'original' physical bitcoin, I would definitely be interested if they had a BTC value
