Are you selling all 110 in one batch or can we bid on individual shares?

Individual shares can be bid upon.
Obviously it makes it simpler if I had one buyer.

Auction ends on April 26, 14:00 GMT.

Minimum bid: 1 BTC
Minimum increment: 0.05 BTC

Selling all my 110 Shares in ASICMiner.

I will need your BTC address, so I can transfer ownership via Friedcat.
Winning Bidders can enjoy your dividends on Wednesday!

Escrow is usual in these trades, but I'll leave that up to bidders to do at their expense (if any). Let me know if you need a recommendation.

They went for 1.3x just now on BTCT.co so 1 is really cheap.

Hopefully John has appeased you a little Luckbit, he is one of the most trusted members on the forum.
1 BTC a share is a little below the going rate at the moment apparently, but as with any Auction, I let the market decide where to go.
Let me know if you feel like bidding, even if it is just 1 Share.

They went for 1.3x just now on BTCT.co so 1 is really cheap.

As much as I'd love the price of the shares to be high (as a stock owner), the 7-day average trading price has been less than that, with only peaks at that level. I'm not saying that just to keep the price down so I win, but rather because buying based on peak values is rather risky.

That said, I've put my money where my mouth is, and I have bought shares both now and earlier because I believe AM is a sound investment with good future.

Do you have an account on #Bitcoin-OTC under a different name?

Why have you chosen to get out of the market?  (Not that if you knew something bad you would say so... as it would ruin your auction)

Since I love asciminer... and can never get enough!

I do not have an account on Bitcoin-OTC. Guess I will after this, since this would be my first BTC auction.

I have my reasons (personal). I love Asicminer too and it was a hard decision, but if you feel like you need to know I'll PM you it so it doesn't distract from the auction. You can be free to confirm that to anyone else, that isn't nothing bad to Asicminer.

Also. Noted in my file.

Not a valid bid, since the min bid is at BTC1.05 at the moment.

Kinda annoying I can't edit, but a necessity in an auction. I mean 1.10 BTC

I have a procedural question -- should those who come in at a given price point earlier than others retain a higher spot in the bid list, or should people who subsequently come in at the same price point later be placed above them? I think I was the second to come in at 1.10 but I'm now at the bottom of that price group.

Not trying to rock the boat, I'm just a little bit of a noob and want to make sure I understand how this all works.

It's up to the auctioneer.  It could go either way.

Explanation would be great. I was the first at 1.05, but if volume trumps my 8 shares, I understand.

I did go with Volume priority in this auction, since at the end of this auction, I do have to coordinate with Friedcat (and potentially all the escrows), individually and manually the move of every ones share, since these are not on a exchange. Volume priority does help in this aspect.
My apologies for any confusion If my first reply in here did not explain very well, but it was the secondary ordering after bidded price and if I strayed away from standard practises here, it is my first one on this board it was not my intention.

Bidding has closed. By all means tip me if you like, since it does not effect the fact that you still had a winning bid.

Final Winning bids.
Code:
Name Bid Tally Total

aahzmundus 40@ 1.10 40 44 BTC
qwk 30@ 1.10 70 33 BTC
furuknap 20@ 1.10 90 22 BTC
vortex1878 5 @ 1.10 95 5.5 BTC
maxmint 5 @ 1.10 100 5.5 BTC
SilentSonicBoom 3 @ 1.10 103 3.3 BTC
nightengale 1 @ 1.10 104 1.1 BTC
Nancarrow 54@ 1.05 110 (6 @ 1.05) 6.3 BTC

It should be made quiet clear. Nancarrow bid a lot higher number of shares, but it could not be fulfilled, as only 6 were left.
Let me know if in the unlikely hood this is not acceptable.
Looks like in the next week or two dividends should rapidly increase, so you can all enjoy a nice return on your investment.

Please prepare to send payment to (or help coordinate for it to be) - Address' created specifically for this purpose.
Code:
Winners BTC Address to pay Lethos

Nancarrow 1FcJUC5Q9md4JhTAz43BAJYiV9doYm9D2R

I'll let Friedcat know whom the winning bidders are and we can sort out transfer from there.
Friedcat will probably ask for the BTC address you want to be pay into and an email account.

Even if for a moment we accept that it was still open, no valid bids were actually placed that effected it.

caoxg - Never placed a bid.

1helmi - Bid after the "GMT + 0" 1400 time anyway, so not valid.
