Do you have your own spreadsheet to keep updated with the crypto world or do you use any interesting tool that already exist in the web? If so which one is that? Willing to share it?  It seems that tools for managing crypto data/info is missing?

I don't know as to what you are referring with crypto data but if you want to keep track of all your bitcoin I will show you what I do. I keep different wallets for bitcoin obtained in different ways, for example I keep a wallet named SIGNATURE where I keep coins that I earn from signature campaign, I keep a wallet named GAMBLING and it is used only for gambling, I keep a wallet named ALTCOIN MINING and I keep all coins I get from mining with my GPU-s.

In the end of the month I have an excel spreadsheet which I update all the data accordingly, for example how much I have earned from mining, how much I have lost/gained from gambling and have a sheet named total which after I exclude the difference I see my net profit or loss.

You can apply this method to crypto data as well.

I use different wallets from Electrum as it lets you create as many wallets as you want.

I usually keep an eye on both Coindesk.com and Cointelegraph for the news regarding bitcoin, CoinATMradar for knowing how much ATMs are out there and how well bitcoin is spreading around the world while I check coin.dance to see the statistics such as the proposals (SegWit vs BU) or the exchange volumes etc.

I will also always go through bitcoin news, price chart and business trending about blockchain technology in the Coindesk and I have the application in my phone as well. Bitcoin ATM, until we are such whale investor we cannot do big change in that but you can able to spread the bitcoin easily via Twitter and Facebook with the social campaign earning also.

I like the idea of keeping separate wallets for different activities. Keeping a separate wallet for gambling is a great idea as well to help ensure you don't mix your funds. I think I may setup some extra wallets to better separate my funds and better budget any allocated to gambling. You'll still need self control to prevent taking funds from other wallets, but definitely seems like a better way to organize.

I have a number of wallets and divide my money between holding, trading, and what I'm spending.
I can tell you that it's very easy to manage your money if you have an offline wallet, used to store your coins, an online web wallet for quick access and trading (I hold a bit on an exchange for that purpose) and a wallet used for moving coins between locations that I find very useful when buying steam games and other stuff.

I assume that you actually mean all kinds of informations about bitcoin and altcoins or different news about whole cryptocurrency world.
I really enjoy in using Coindesk.com, it gives me signals to buy/sell sometimes, because they are pretty quick in giving informations.

You may also think about sorting all of your data about cryptos you have, and  it is also a good question, because having everything well-organized is a really important thing.
I dont use any kind of tool, but Im using folders at my PC for saving the most important informations and news. I call them with different names, and i make up the setups that are comfortable with me.

No, I'm not using any of tools to to organize my crypto data. But on my web browser I have bookmarked many websites in different folders - bitcoin news, exchanges, forums, block explorers, faucets, altcoin related stuff and etc.
On my pc I have saved my bitcoin and altcoin earnings stats. Also, I have saved private keys of all my bitcoin and altcoin wallets in secret place.

what do you mean by cryptodata?
with cryptocurrency the only thing you need is a wallet that keeps a record of your addresses (and of course private keys to spend the funds) and the transaction you send and receive.

all the rest such as the other suggestions about spreadsheets,... is secondary and not related to cryptocurrency. that is up to you to keep a record of your trading or spending for example if you want.

and this is an open source community, you can find all kinds of tool online like on GitHub for example. if you were more specific by what you mean by cryptodata i could help you find some of them or make one and post it here, i have lots of these silly little-record-keeping-apps Wink
