I HAVE A CORE DASH WALLET BUT UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE FORGOTTEN THE PASSPHRASE, I HAVE ALREADY PUT MY ISSUE IN DASH FORUM THEY HELPED ME BY GIVING ONE MAIL ID WITH WHOSE HELP I CAN DECRYPT THE WALLET BUT HE IS ALSO NOT ABLE TO DO SO.

PLEASE HELP ME WHAT I SHOULD DO AS I THE WALLET BALANCE IS MUCH AND I CANT BEAR THAT MUCH LOSS.

no one can help you even developper of dash cant help you, in this crypto world we take a responsibility of our self . keep calm and try to remember what passphrases u used. that the only way you can get your wallet back.

There is no way to open the wallet without the pass phrase.  You should stop putting effort into hacking into your your wallet or finding someone to do so and start finding that pass phrase, if possible.  If there is/was a copy in a text document or any manner of hard/soft copy, then finding that is more likely than getting into that wallet any other way.

Another possibility is if you have an older copy somewhere, that wasn't encrypted.

Perhaps if you have it backed up on a service where you can retrieve old versions of the file.

It's a long shot, but worth mentioning.
