I'm interested in providing BTC Exchange services in Egypt and/or the Middle East in a hassle/scam free manner. So, I want to:

     First, gage the interest in this idea – please let me if you're interested in this service.
     Second, gather some ideas of the safest and amicable way to go about it, i.e., using escrow agent … etc.
