I think it's some kind of forum based lottery and you can verify results in...hm..swertres lottery.
If i understand correctly ticket for this lottery is 20PHP 10PHP which is something around 0.4$0.2$ while OP is asking more than 1$ per ticket

Seems like you'd be much better off just playing the official Swertres rather than doing this. For the official lotto, its only 10 PHP and you win 4500 PHP for getting the correct prediction. Thats a much better payout than the 100x advertized here. 450x is much better than 100x . There are also prizes for getting a pair or getting the 3 numbers in any order.

-First, not using escrow
-Second, lack of details as if all persons here knows the system of Suertres
-Third, making all people here uneducated and no common sense

The amount of single bet in Suertres here is around 17,000 Satoshis and winnings will be BTC0.08 at the current bitcoin price. So in 100,000 Satoshis, people here can make 5 to 6 bets. Imagine the possible winnings now. And feel much less riskier too since it was handled by a government and not on the system of OP.

For outside PH, escrow is a must but I think OP will not use escrow. Any response?
