Hi everyone,

I'm using 0.10.3 version because it is the latest which works fine on my XP server.
I plan to upgrade soon but now the client downloading the blockchain.
When i install the last release will this blockchain will be accepted by a latest release?

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Yes. The data downloaded and created by previous versions will always be compatible with the latest version of Bitcoin Core. When you upgrade, you will not need to redownload or reindex anything.
