Livecoin will open EcoCoin deposit on September 11, then, within the period between September 11 and 18, you should deposit your ECO coins to our Exchange for swap. Hi, the answer to the first part of your question is YES. People from the other Exchanges where ECOcoin is listed will be able to deposit them to Livecoin.

Total supply will be around half of current one that is ~ ECO1.168K

We decided for swap to provide new life for ECO. We are going to improve price and this time keep it high as long as possible. One of the tools here is quite small total supply.
