Thanks for the clarification. 

bonefix had the high bid of 0.12BTC although the starting bid was 0.16BTC making it invalid by the rules.  I'm not sure how you want to proceed but a new auction or offering it to bone for 0.01BTC less are options I've seen exercised in these cases.
