Is the best card to sell bitcoins?

I live in Brazil and I want to withdraw or pay with my bitcoins using debit and credit card with lower taxes

You can use them to purchase on the online shop, Most of them are supporting VISA. But bit-x (Coinsbank) has lower fees comparing with the others. but my suggestion to get more review about every service which before trying to use the service.

Most of them are works on worldwide. You can be used it in your country.
