Download and install Bitcoin Core 0.13.1+ from bitcoin.org. The current version is 0.14.0 and that version also has segwit signalling and handling code in it.
Run Bitcoin Core.
Done.

There is no "segwit partition". What exactly are you trying to do? By running the latest version of Bitcoin Core, when segwit activates, your node will automatically switch to segwit rules.

Nothing. You don't have to do anything; by running Bitcoin Core you are signalling that you are ready for segwit and that once segwit activates, your node will be using segwit.

You can't "use segwit signalling".

I think OP may be thinking that he can signal SegWit support like he would if he were mining. OP, is that what you are asking or something else? Are you mining?
