About acc lock help

I dont know why it happened. I log out my account after that i couldnt log in again i tried change my pass. after change i get this notification. What is this???
I read theymos topic but i could still get anything   How could i signature my adress ?

You were banned because you tried to reset via a secret question.


What is the name of your original account? If you have posted an address on it in a post or have the address on the profile, then you should be able to sign a message with it (given that it is yours and you own the private key)
