As you can see the topics here and the comments from the participants are in high quality  and are very mature with intention to help,

why ?

because everyone want to join signature campaigns and get Bitcoins from big companies and from refferals.
everyone want to build there reputation here to make deals on the marketplace.

What i think on it ?

I think that it's amazing. it's common to see low level topics and posts in other forums. but here people have interst to help - and it's money.
here people learn to be more helpful and give good answer to people's questions.

id like to see more sites that give value like it.

If you think like that you should have see the people who comment in low quality before.
i think that it increase the quality as low quality post can be spam target and get deleted.

the reason you and many others here even bother to comment is because is signaturre campaigne.
otherwise the forum was dead compared to now and big activity is one of the reasons people coming here, to get respond for their questions.
and when there is big activity there are more people to come some of them are the qualtiy posters.

Actually I think it is because of many people here are trying to be the English dictionary.
This is a website and can be accessed in the whole world. Some may posts shittyy ones but that doesnt mean they are stupid.
It is just lack of knowledge with the English language. We just have to correct it at times because they are just using google translate which is not perfect. Try to be himble one and understand them.
If they want it all to be English then they shouldve just limited the access to USA.

I agree to a lot of arguments mentioned above.
One way or another, bitcointalk helped and continue to help in some ways to our everyday living.
For those who want to earn even a lil bit of money, they can tap sig campaigns or any type of advertising campaigns.
For the traders, potential investors and developers, this one is a good place for them to explore their opportunities.
And a lot more. Though there are a lot of spammers and the likes, I believe they will improve over time as most of them do not have their  English language as their native one. And just relying on google translate.

Maybe it's too strong to say that bitcointalk added value to the world but it certainly added value to the Bitcoin world. No matter the some low quality posts and topics it's still the best forum for cryptocurrencies and to gather people from Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies world to communicate together and share their experiences.

there is the same thing on other forums too. i have seen signature campaigns. and it is not just that, the incentive for money is always there one way or another. people are either getting paid from a signature campaign or they are advertising a referral link, an affiliate program, their own website to generate traffic and make money from ads there, and many more. and everywhere there will be people spamming nonsense and others who don't, there is no stopping that. this is The Internet. you get all kinds of people on forums.

in my opinion people are focusing too much on so called signature spammers and meanwhile there are lots of spam happening in other forms. worst of all FUD and shilling. and it seems like literary nobody cares about them.

you never see people wear a signature in red color saying "Paid FUDsters are a plague on this forum". whereas they are the real plague because they are harming the community and bitcoin. but apparently nobody cares about them and they are happily spreading crap.

Yes, I was looking for a post that more-or-less followed my thinking.

Were it not for bitcointalk, I would not have bought more that a small fraction of BTC nor learned so much.  I have no friends or family involved with the Bitcoin universe.  I am pleased with my experience here, especially in that I got a fair amount of help when I was a NOOB from various members.

So, yeah, bitcointalk adds value to bitcoin users and the world.  It did to my world.

The Signature Campaigns have encouraged more posts, if there are some of lower quality, they are easy for me to ignore.  And I really like the high-quality answers I have gotten from knowledgeable members.

No matter what some of the older users say, they know that Signature campaigns have their advantages :

~ It creates content and traffic for Bitcointalk.org < Higher Alexa rankings = Higher income potential >
~ It stimulates and feeds the merchant and service network linked to Bitcoin with users supporting these entities.
~ It puts bitcoins in new users hands and increase adoption.
~ It gives concentrated exposure to Bitcoin related businesses < specifically targeted to Bitcoin users >
~ It fuels debate about the subject

Yes, there are some negative spinoff's from poorly managed campaigns, where some people are not contributing good quality posts, but moderators are doing a fine job in addressing these isolated cases.

In my opinion the positive results of this is more than the negative results. ^smile^

You are probably partially right ass people will do their best for quality posts. But it does add a lot of poor quality posts on a lot of boards.

The biggest reason I think the quality of posts dropped in the years is not the signature campaigns only, but rather the massive influx of new users that don't have a technical background. Before, everyone that was around had atleast some knowledge of bitcoin and how it worked. Now, mainly gold seekers are finding their way and they keep asking the same questions over and over again without much effort to figure things out on their own.

Trashtalkers are everywhere not only on this forum but most of all does really have it not only trashtalkers but all the type of person you can find like trolls,trashtalkers etc. This forum is famous since this is the first bitcoin forum.yes its famous on having lots signature campaigns some maybe helpful but mostly are just repitition from others comments and the cycle continue.

When I first joined on bitcointalk wayback 2015 I thought its only a common bitcoin forum just like any other existing forum out there but as I discovered past months after I joined Its so valuable forum especially to bitcoins and altcoins I have learned more about bitcoins in this forum, make money with sig campaigns, twitter bounties etc.this forum is such a big help to the world of crytocurrency..
