There are many discussions about which coin is your favorite (mining included) and so on. However, not so many on actually which digital assets (which gives you frequent steady dividends) are the best to buy right now.

We all know altcoins price might go up and down, thus having a share or monthly dividend is also wise as passive income for example.

Given the fact that almost everyday a new digital asset is created, it would be quite interesting to know which digital asset (which pays steady dividends) you are currently supporting, for how long have you had it, and why are you supporting them.

This will greatly generate insights to new adopters, including regular traders as well as investors and help them get into the new possibilities of the booming digital asset investment.

Please feel free to share your experiences and intuitions on this thread

There is no such coin but there should be one in the future. With the emergence smart contracts maybe dividend bearing coins or tokens could become possible and also become the norm. Although it would depend on what type of business.

When you say steady dividends, what do you mean? There are some Proof of Stake coins, which pay out interest based on your current holdings.
But there is nothing similar to listed equities. I am not sure of the few companies listed on havelock pay out steady dividends.

There are some ethereum based tokens that have a plan to pay dividends in the future, for now, Vdice pays monthly dividends, but the profit is too low, it supposed to increase in the future.
Edgeless, ethbits, ChronoBank, have a plan to share the profit with token holders.
There are RLT token as well, but this isn't well known, they paid 58 ether for token holders in the last distribution.

There you go. I was thinking the same thing when I read the thread title. The gambling sites who accept investments could start to automate stuff using smart contracts, giving token holders their dividends monthly or maybe weekly.

I have some small assets in cryptocurrency and follow some ico. I think it would not hurt to invest $ to some ico and cryptocurrency which has a use value or good technology.

If you talk about dividends then the best altcoin that is new in the market and has huge potential is the first philippine cryptocurrency which is pesobit. Pesobits value is very low right now and is the best time to invest on it. After purchasing it on the exchangers such as c-cex and nova you transfer it to their official website and start doing staking. Every 30 days your staked coins will grow in number and the more coins you have the more stake you will earn. That will be your monthly dividend and you sell it when the price is right.

i don't know if you read the replies here but i have never heard anybody call what altcoins give as "dividends" there are some POS coins that have something called staking (stacking?) reward which they pay you for running the wallet (keeping it open) and having some balance in it which is a flawed system in my opinion since it is like they want to increase the amount of dump to kill the price and you can see all these coins have low prices.

There is a FOMO brewing...

As long as you can see too difficult to make a project with stable dividends. You must remember if the project will not be succeeded instantly and The dividend will give a responsibility for the project to give a stable income to released the dividends to the holders.

But this will be not suitable for the crypto project. The limit of the crypto demand can't be compared with a real stuff or firm which give dividends for the shareholders.

All in crypto is on the gray.

we can only predict that we will have the advantage, in the investment world, altcoin and ico especially, have a considerable risk, we must be able to manage risk so as not to burden our finances. I myself have to look deeper and chat in the forum in order to ensure the benefits we will get a well-deserved

true, the All-in crypto is on the gray area, nothing is certain, black and white all mixed. Like coffee and cream. mostly depends on luck and partly on the carefulness we see altcoin.

Oh please. Who are you kidding? Are you saying that investing in your Pesobit is better than investing in an old coin like LTC or a technologically advanced coin like ETH? Wake up that guy who made Pesobit might be scamming you.

For dividends in digital assets I think I will stick to bitcoin and my reason are security and potential. Bitcoin have gone through a lot of challenge in the past and even currently but the crypto currencies keep on increasing in values but looking at others coin that come up every day and see how venerable there are to pumb and drop trader.

There is a large community of pesobit holders in our country and the owner developer is going to establish and exchange that will enable the locals to convert their pesobit into their local currency and vice versa. There is no scam in pesobit since it is made for the purpose of making remittances from abroad much easier and accessible.

The same can be done with BTC and its safer and better than your pesobit which doesnt have real utility outside of being a possible ponzi scheme. Ask any sane Bitcoiner who has no self interest in Pesobit. But go ahead keep hyping it.

there are several funds that offer a quarterly dividend (they distribute every four months a portion of their profit)

the first I know of is taas.fund

check them out, they're cool. They've already successfully distributed first quarter profits about a month ago

Also note that there is something similar, you can run a Dash masternode and you'll essentially get paid a dividend from each block reward.
Though the initial investment is very high, 1000 Dash collateral, you can expect to get around 2 Dash every week from that.

There are other coins with masternodes, but afaik the investment required is pretty high.

It is right if the price of the bitcoin is low but it is god to use it as the opportunity by buying more bitcoin at this time and make good profit through this, in the past the profit was low and the price was not so much as it could be just like the 200$ or maybe equal to it but now the price of the bitcoin has increased a lot it is still growing so no need to loss the hope even at this time.
