It't not tax free actually, you still have to pay for the taxes in the event you make money and our government requires that.

As a world currency, I don't think so, it's not a main currency at this moment and I think nothing will change in the future.
Bitcoin and altcoins are good alternative for online transaction but at the end of the day we convert our crypto money into fiat money and that is the cycle
