He's said plenty, I'm sure many have heard his words at times. But here he is telling people to take their money out of banks in the EU.

Btw, for those that don't know, Nigel Farage is the leader of UKIP (UK Independent Party), the up and coming Political Party that is very worth watching, especially running up to the 2015 general elections.

Under the existing system, most laws are implementations of EU directives.  Socialist, libertarian, communist, whatever; it doesn't matter if you have no way to enact your agenda.   UKIP has to succeed before any alternative viewpoint can even start to propose an alternative.

Yeah, I'm not particularly fond of them either.  They are always talking about how great democracy is.   They are paleo-conservatives (I think that's the term), not libertarians.

Well, as Hawker says, pulling out of the EU is the first step. Nothing productive can be done until that happens. And at least paleo-cons are small-government.

I tend to think the EU will collapse in on itself anyway.  These big empires never last and they seem to be getting more fragile as time goes by.   They used to last centuries, but now the Soviets only lasted 50 years or so, and the EU is barely a decade old.

They are not nationalist in a racist sense, like the BNP etc, they are against the empire building of the EU.

They are quite libertarian in their supporter following but do have an authoritarian feel to some of their national policies.

But then, I don't trust any political party, because all they want is power.  The only difference is what they say to get their support!

I think anyone who wants to be a politician should be hung for being a potential danger to the public!

I think the EU will be dead by 2040 but I hate to think what kills it!

I love this man. I absolutely agree with the definition that he's the "Ron Paul" of the U.K.

He's a vessel for the truth, and a defender of freedom. He has my respect. Also they've suspiciously tried to kill him a few times in "accidents".
