There are many people wanting someone to design their websites or blogs logo and also signature code also,you can find them in altcoin section. Or you can start own blog and try to write(post) minimum 2 post in a week its good way to earn money through  bitcointalk. And for increasing rank ( idk for which u r talking ) of your profile in bitcointalk ,you have to active in this forum and it inmcrease your activity which increase your rank(there was a one thread related this ).
Or you can write post on my blog

All you have to do is list your samples of work like your portfolios, sites that you already made, sample logos and designs, make a good topic on this forum that shows your actual recent works to be able to easily get some good clients..for example you can refer to this kind of topic and make your own.. I think there isn't any problem if his account rank is newbie, it's not the rank what will mean someone's work is professional or not.

OP just need to show a portfolio with some logos and programming jobs he did in the past, if people like it they will hire him.

You can try some tasks sites where people are selling their services like fiverr, but in sites like this the payment rates are too low as people sell their service for cheap prices...

i guess you are correct mate. he needs to build his rank and his limitations so that people will be encourage to try his service offered.

How much would you charge for a logo? Do you supply the original vector files? A good idea would be to post any previous work you've done so we have an idea of what you can do.

it would probly depend on the file size and how long it takes me to get what you want to ddetermine what i would charge.
i am looking for suggestions as to how i would charge that.

i am just starting, but i have a knack for original ideas.
please give me any tips or tidbits that you can.

and yes i would give you the files if you so chose, however idk if i should own the original logo files or not.
