Welcome to Bitcoin! You can "test" Bitcoin without even having to buy it, if you really want to just know how it feels like just by getting a small amount for free. I'll give you a hint as I don't want to promote any specific site, but look for promos in this forum that can earn you some small amounts for a bit of work. You'll withdraw it to your wallet, and feel nice about it.

If you insist on buying, I'd advise you to up your payment. Paypal buys especially need to cover fees and the risk of chargeback.

Your words are nice and all, but there are many people who already played this card, and scammed the bitcoin provider, with chargebacks on paypal, chances that you will get someone here to provide you that amount without taxing you insane fees are really small.

Also, don't deal with this user without using a form of escrow. I can smell the scam already, Skype, paypal, and (("Newbie")) accounts are all the ingredients needed.

Especially since he already has negative feedback, which could ofcourse be completely false.

->> Update: He also refuses to use escrow, avoid this guy like plague OP
