I've got 2 Sapphire RX470 Nitro+ 8GB cards in use, using a custom 'energy-efficient' bios; they both run at roughly 85-93 watts. I'm getting between 25-27.8 MH on ETH mining. Maybe someone else has information regarding the RX480?

Hope it helps!

I have 2 rigs up and running right now, All the cards I have are stock bios only adjustments were made through Afterburner.

Claymore Dual Miner ETH/DCR Rig one is (-dcri 15) Rig 2 is (-dcri 10)

Rig one with 5x Power Color RX 480 Red Devil 8Gb getting 24.5 ETH/370 DCR each (1150 MHz/2k MHz 1000mV) showing 94 W each

Rig Two with 5x MSI RX 470 Armor OC (3x 4Gb, 2x 8GB) getting 24.5 ETH/250 DCR each (1024 MHz/2050 MHz 950 mv) showing 75 W each

These readings are what Afterburner is telling me... Not sure if it's as accurate as some of the other apps people use or not.

Actually really like the 470 Armors and cant beat them for the price.  Just ordered 5 more 470 Armor 8gb's last night from New Egg for $162.99 each.
(just looked on Ebay to get a link but can not find them anymore... must have sold out at that price!)

I have a rig with 6 Rx 470 4GBs that use between ~62 to ~84 watts in HWMonitor depending on how much I was able to undervolt the particular GPU. My total power draw at the wall for the entire system is 760 watts mining ZEC. Hope that helps.

The 4xx series are end of life. They will quickly get harder to find so snap them up now while you can.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

When I dual mine ETH and DCR with Claymore's miner the same rig consumes ~910-~945 watts at the wall (fluctuates allot with the current miner version). ZEC is quite abit easier on the power draw, cooler and quieter too Smiley
