sportsbetting rarely get fixed , so it could be the fairest game but considering the edge are so flexible sometimes could as high as slots and sometimes could have so low edge depends on an events, i will choose the annoying dice game with its constant edge at 1% or lower.

Hard to say, I do recall playing in a 0.10% house edge game, but it did not last long probably because that edge is profitable, Sportsbetting is the closest to fair though, as everything is done on a global scale and not a dice nudge in a closed script.. Doubts cant really be removed on our minds regarding on dice results even those gambling sites do really show some seeds or hashes on each bet but I do confidently like to play on those sites rather than have nothing to show off. So far so good, my bet will still be on sport betting because in that case, winning or losing is not determined by the site but the players and it can easily be determined if any site wants to cheat or not. That is true , player vs player based games is the most comfortable game to play without worry get cheated.

I agree poker is the first one that I've thought upon reading the question of OP. There's no house advantage included if you will play against with other poker players. Dice games, sports betting and other luck based games are depending and giving the house much advantage so the closest one is only poker and that's for me.

I do not know what you mean, it is obvious casinos open their business to win money they are not charities, however it is very important to prove they are not cheating their players and changing results after the fact that is why they prove they are probably fair and anyone can test their claims to be true or not, in fact before you play with any big amount of money in any casino you should do it.

You share a common misunderstanding that "the house always wins" because casino operators somehow cheat, but this is not true, you are right that casinos exist for profit, but they are earning it in a very transparent way, they have the house edge, which means that you have slightly less chances to win and slightly more chances to lose. Also they have a limit on maximum bet which prevents someone with a huge amount of money to quickly win and quit. Nope, all gambling sites are not fair enough. But most of the gambling sites those who got a good name in online gambling they all fair in online gambling. Hey OP, if you are not ready to believe into provably fair system, I suggest some new altcoin project which is coming with edgeless gambling model. They are having their own specific altcoin for gambling purposes. We all need to buy that altcoin for gambling with them hence it will be possible for them to provide us gambling for zero house edge.

When there will be no house edge, I believe we do not need to suspect their fairness.
