In case you don't know, well looks like you don't, there are games that are based on the blockchain. This means that the results of the bet are based on the hash of the predetermined block. Yes you are right but there are not many blockchain based games available and few games we have right now can't provide enough excitement like others. Most of them use bitcoin blocks so they are slow and nobody wants to wait for 10 minutes+ or even a hour to place another bet.

No, house edge is not synonymous with fairness, a casino may not have a house edge but they may still be shady about the way they manage their business and may try to take advantage of players, this is why before playing we need to check the reputation of the site so we know whether or not the casino is a trustable site where we can gamble our money.

Not all the games are fair mate, I mean you see the slots games of various sites and you will see mostly people loose their since the slots cannot be verified. I think any game is fair where either the result is publicly televisioned like the local lotteries and the other games that I feel fair are where the result is given by 3rd part for example the blockchain based games where the blockchain is the 3rd party.
