Design The Perfect Bank

Good reputable financial service what will pay honest interest from my money stored.Multiply curencys  with low cost swap possibility.Both online and offline bank

So I was wondering, what would you guys consider the perfect bank.

Fees?
Common complaints?
Things it should offer?
Locations / Online only?
What currencies should be accepted?

Well anything you can really think of.

I want to hear from you and want to hear about the most common complaints.
Any bank horror stories?
What happened?
What should have happened?

Fees: Obviously I want it all minimal.

Things it should offer: Good deals at affordable interest rates and flexible payment schedule.

Locations / Online only: If we'd be using digital fiat for these banks then I want everything available online. Less expenses on their infrastructure/personnel could translate to lower expenses for us. I wouldn't mind a few branches per city though.

What currencies should be accepted: Every.


We all like to say that bitcoin is a great bank and I agree with that. Still, we don't have some of the features we use our banks for though, for example loans and credit cards.

The perfect bank for me is something that would accept all or majority of investment instrument like Bitcoins and will not impose unreasonable high transaction fees.

For me, there is no perfect bank and nothing really perfect in the world.

The ones you mentioned, are those great offers for clients. I would say,here in my country would be better and more accessible if the government would allow bitcoin to legally accept it.

Honestly,bitcoin is better for me in terms of services compared to the bank( but I am not against their services). Each of them offers good service and benefits.

None is completely perfect (or imperfect either).  ideally, to have the best Bank, should use the services of several banks! And i want to add: to open an account easily, quickly 100% online.The ideal is one that allows you to have a dedicated manager in an agency close to your home, and to totally manage my account online, In My opinion

I think all of the things you mentioned in the thread are important for the banks to provide a good attractions to the customers, but the most important thing that the customers needs from the banks are:
1 Bank should have the more features for online transactions
2 Bank must give a good amount of interest for the savings accounts
3 Even if the location is not so good but the online features must be good ( Fast money transfer, Fast Bank to Bank transfer, 2 pin security, Transactions details, etc)
4 Top world currencies like Euro, Pound and Dollar must be easily accepted and converted their
5 A good Customer handling Staff.

In india the major problem is that the bank staff did not pay proper attention on handling the customer problems.
