weird issue with cgminer

hi there
i'm stuck with this weird issue with one rig, i've 3 mining rig's which are rock stable
but with the 4th one, cgminer start mining for about 10 sec while terminal window is black, and finally stop mining without crash or freezes

i'm on windows 7 64bit, amd catalyst 12.8
any advice ?

You might have to tell people the spec of your rig. However I can't help.

it's a 4 x 5970 rig with 1300w psu, i've another same rig which is working smoothly
