How can it be used as a trust rating here if it was sold?

And aren't bitstamp accounts risky to buy since it is very simple for it to be revoked?
From the past threads I have been reading about buying one with id that is not yours.
Just mentioning this for anyone interested in buy this account and should be aware of the risks in buying one with the name on the account that is not their own.
Because the seller did not seem to want to let the buyer know about this risk before buying one from him or anyone else for that matter.

Wouldn't the bank account be needed to use it with this account?
I wouldn't want to own someone else's bank account be cause that in a way is identity theft and you can be tracked.
Cant the bank account be removed from the account before sold and wouldn't the verified status be revoked after this being done?
