20 pages thread deleted need advice please.

Recently I saw a thread in alt coin ann section which was offering $9300 free giveaway or 100,000 RCHAIN (clone called YOURCHAIN/URHOC) and as a stupid teenager I posted an ETH address and surprisingly I've received 100K or 10K not really sure but I did receive them now since I got my 3 posts there deleted I figured it must've been something important.

Now I need to know whether those tokens can be traded or just fake and worthless? if they worth nothing then no problem but if they can be considered something like DAO or whatever it was (stupid contract we should call them ) and can cause other people to lose their money I need to know where should I send them back or what needs to be done.
