SNIPE: Any bid made in last 15 minutes will extend the auction 15 minutes beyond end time until no new bids are made.

SHIPPING: Due to it's high value insured delivery is not cheap. Quotes I have been getting will mean 0.05 BTC (UK) and 0.1BTC (World Wide). This is tracked and insured (UK is Next Day. World Wide is 4 days)

I guess the first post was a sale so he posted the 2BTC ask. Then some users asked for an auction instead of a sale, and changed the 1st post to an auction starting bid on 1.95BTC
There is no sens in opening an auction starting with 1.95 and closing at 2BTC
