I have completed 80% of the code for YOURChain, and the amount of code copied from RChain is 0%.

What if they'll just copy YOURChain for themselves ?

It will be quite difficult for anyone to copy YOURChain.  I have taken precautions against this and delegated that power back to the token holders.

In other words: it won't be open source? Because if it's open source anyone could copy it or not?

I'm not sure that the word "precaution" mean that will be not open sourced code. But is good news to hear that the progress is completed at 80% Dev, the precaution that you spoke about before mean that isn't open source?
