You don't need apps to be able to gamble from your phone. You can do it already. A simple web browser and a breadwallet is enough.

I agree ,And thats a good to pin point there .In game cases there you need to be legalize ,IOS and playstore is against on it they will not accept it as some of countries are blocking some gamblings sites and making laws about banning it .So this idea is not good its better to lauch a competent gambling site .

I guess he just want convenience while playing it. With a browser there would be instances that it could just hang or with a lag. But with an application there will be almost perfection and the smart phone wont have problems considering it was made for that purpose.

How would they do that? It's not like any country has control over the Bitcoin network... How would they be able to tax every transaction (towards a Bitcoin casino for example)?

Gambling will always be around on the internet and bitcoin makes it easier to fund accounts and it is more anonymous. I think more sites will get added and the quality will keep getting better.
