Unsigned Tranx File Transfer Options/Methods/Media

Other than with a USB flash drive, are there other options/methods to securely transfer an unsigned transaction to the offline/cold wallet for signing since USB devices are known to be vulnerable to malware that can compromise the security of the offline machine? If none, is it possible to incorporate other secure file transfer options/methods?

How about the ability to manually type into the offline wallet machine some sort of code/key/hash generated during online wallet transaction processing or perhaps, a QR code than can be scanned with an attached or built-in webcam on the offline wallet device (or are they already currently implemented and I'm just not aware of it)?

You can type the text shown in the offline tx dialog back and forth if you are so inclined. If you are trully afraid USB vulnerabilities and are willing to take a step further, you could the bounced data on a cdrom.
