Nowadays they use a new system called rewardpoints. You can earn 2 point for every roll.
With the reward points you can buy nice goodies. For example. an Iphone 7 is 13m points worth. It takes ages to get there.

Is there anyone who bought something expensive with the points and can verify that it is not scam and so they actually ship it to you?

Its not a new system as it has been there before. Although, its been long since I have visited freebitco.in but I know there is a feature like that which is not new. Also, you get a ticket to enter into a lottery the moment you claim.

For the fact that you have not heard about it, does not mean others have not heard about it, freebitco.in is one of the few faucets site that have stand the test of time and still standing.

Freebitco.in has been running for a very long time (several years now).

That's not to say that they couldn't be preparing some kind of giant, elaborate exit scam.  They actually might be since they seem very desperate for money right now, opening savings accounts so that people leave money with them long term.

For now though, I would trust that if you bought it, you would get it.  Not that I believe that the site is likely to stay on for more than a few more years unless they lower payouts and accept a bit of a decrease in traffic.

I know that freebitco.in has been around for a very long time and I never seen that someone  was scamed or did not receive faucet payments. But, I honestly never saw that option as I did not stay there long. True or not, it is a big waiste of time and I do not know why would someone scam for an i phone when they get a much bigger revenue from you entering the site.

i also doing and claiming in freebitco.in and i was claiming a long time and i already see that reward point where you could claim an a iphone as i see maybe in a scam but freebitco.in is already a trusted faucets for a long time which do payout when you reach the minimum withdrawal rate i think that reward point is just a display for you because if you know that they have that price your gonna keep on claiming and also it impossible for you to reach that 12million reward point.

You are not able to collect this amount of reward points by yourself. You have to get a lot of refs to be able to do so. There is also the possibility to receive 4 RP, instead of 2 RP and lottery ticket. Check out the settings

As you said, it takes ages to get enough points to buy something expensive like the Iphone 7, you need to wage 192.8 BTC on the Dice game to be able to receive enough RP to this. It's the most expensive Iphone in the planet.
